How to Make Super Simple, Super Fun Green Eggs and Ham Treats

Green Eggs and Ham Treats to Celebrate Dr. Seuss

First, you’ll need some small pretzels. Lay them out and space them out on a flat surface. A plastic cutting board works nicely, or you could just use a cookie sheet.

Next, you’ll need some white frosting and small green gum balls, or other small round candy. Green M&Ms would also do the trick. I used gumballs because I had them leftover from my son’s Minecraft party.

To keep it simple, fill up a zip-lock bag (whatever size you have on hand) with frosting and squeeze it to form a cone like in the pic above. Next, cut a small piece off the tip. Make sure it’s just the very tip, enough to allow the frosting to come out when you squeeze the bag. No need for a piping bag or other tool!

Now, pipe some frosting right onto the middle of each pretzel. This will be the egg white for your green eggs and ham. Easy, right?

Finally, just add the green gumballs or candy on top and there you have it. Green Eggs and Ham!

Place these super cute little treats in the fridge overnight to harden the frosting a bit and enjoy!
